Pokémon GO's Shiny Articuno Day: What Time Is It, And What You Need To Do

collected by :Syrena Smith

Shiny Articuno day is tomorrow, July 7, a sort of strange reward but one that's sure to draw a ton of dedicated trainers out in a hope to snag a shiny Legendary. Shiny Articuno Day works a little like Community Day in the way it will only be active for three hours, so you're out of luck if you're busy during the brief window. Overall, it's a good time to farm up some XP if you're still looking to push yourself up to Level 40. Articuno wasn't too hard back in the day and should be even easier now that we've had some time to build out our counter teams. You're in good shape if you've got some Smack Down/Stone Edge Tyranitar from the May community day: they should be able to tear through the thing with little issue.

Pokémon GO's Zapdos Day: How To Counter, Beat And Catch Zapdos

Here's how to counter, beat and catch Zapdos:Tyranitar: I know! But the arguably most useful Pokémon in the game remains arguably the most useful Pokémon against Zapdos. A double rock Tyranitar is the most powerful weapon in your arsenal for taking down Zapdos. You can get one with double rock moves, and so it will function more or less the same as a normal Golem. Rayquaza is a solidly useful Legendary, and Electric-types are vulnerable to Dragon-type moves.

Pokémon GO's Squirtle Community Day: Time, Move, Pokémon And Bonus

as mentioned in Community Day comes early this month. Shiny Articuno Day comes this Saturday, with the Squirtle Community Day coming right after it. Here's everything you need to knowWhen it is: Community Day takes place on Sunday, July 8. Squirtle evolves into Waroturtle and then to Blastoise — Blastoise isn't the most useful creature in the game, and it's decidedly less cute than Squirtle. The Move: Any Blastoise that you evolve during the hours of community day will come complete with Hydro Cannon.
