Pokémon GO Community Day: How To Get Yourself A Shiny Meganium

as mentioned in Starting today at 2 PM ET, we have our Chikorita Community Day which spans three hours, and will be full of non-stop spawns of the grass type. We are now shifting into Gen 2 starters for Community Day, something we always knew was coming, but we had to finish the Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle rotation first. Obviously the big prize of the day, however, is trying to land yourself a shiny Chikorita, and as a result a shiny Bayleef and Meganium as well. The color alteration on shiny Meganium is actually pretty noticeable, unlike say, shiny Blastoise, and it's somewhat similar to what we saw with shiny Venusaur a while back. The best way to get a shiny Meganium by the time the day ends is to farm, farm, farm.
