'Psychic Spectacular' Event Starting Soon In 'Pokémon GO'

as declared in Another Pokémon GO Community Day is upon us, and this time it's featuring an attractive evolution family that most GO players are absolutely going to want to get their hands on. This is definitely going to be one of the most valuable Community Days to date, not only given Metagross's popularity, but also the fact that you can get a shiny version, and a powerful version with Meteor Mash as its special Community Day move when evolved. Shiny Metagross is great looking too with gold highlights instead of silver, so it's one of the shinies where the difference is definitely noticeable. If you're lucky enough to get more than one shiny, make sure you evolve the highest IV one so that you get the most powerful shiny Metagross you can before the Community Day window closes. As I said, this is definitely going to be a Community Day that you're not going to want to miss if you're still actively playing GO, both for shiny Metagross but for one with a move you may never see again.

'Psychic Spectacular' Event Starting Soon In 'Pokémon GO'

It's been a moment since our last event in Pokémon GO, but Niantic Labs seemed to have learned that it pays to keep the pace up. The event will start tomorrow, October 5, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time and run one week until October 14. We'll also get a shot at shiny Drowzee, which is a convenient way of adding to the ever-growing list of shiny Pokémon that I do not have. Events like this mean that if you're missing a Psychic-type Pokémon you're more likely to head out and try to catch it while you have the chance. We're bound to get a bigger event soon, and it might even come with Gen 4 in tow.

Here's What Happens When The Catholic Church Creates A 'Pokémon GO' Clone

referring to That's right, the latest Pokémon GO clone is called Follow JC Go and looks like a truly, well, unique experience. This crossed my radar thanks to Business Insider UK, which reports Follow JC Go was commissioned by the Vatican and created with a budget of $500K and 32,000 development hours. Instead of catching Pokémon and fighting them, players collect saints and various religious objects to form an "Evangelization Team" that will follow Jesus. Apparently Follow JC Go urges you to go into every church you encounter. In fact, people have actually been arrested for playing Pokémon GO in church and for trespassing in various private places.
