Pokemon GO's December Community Day Is A Huge Surprise

As it stated in For the final Community Day of the year, however, the developer is doing something a little different. Rather than holding December's Community Day on a single day, as it has for most previous events, Niantic is closing out the year with a big Community Day weekend celebration. While each previous Community Day has only starred one featured Pokemon, Niantic is bringing all of them back at the same time for December's. In order to learn these special attacks, you typically need to evolve a featured Pokemon into its final form before the Community Day ends. December's Community Day not only brings big bonuses, double catch XP, double catch Stardust and half distance incubators, but its special Pokemon is...all the Pokemon. All the past Community Day Pokemon, specifically, which are 11 different types we've seen over the past year. In order, those Pokemon are:Pikachu (January)Dratini (February)Bulbasaur (March)Mareep (April)Charmander (May)Larivitar (June)Squirtle (July)Eevee (August)Chikorita (September)Beldum (October)Cyndaquil (November)So, all of these will be spawning during Pokemon GO Community Day. However, the point of a Community Day is to collect enough of one Pokemon to find and evolve high IV versions. I'm not quite clear on whether or not these Pokemon will also have the special, unique moves they had in their past Community Day windows, but it would stand to reason that they would.

As it stated in Pokemon Go fans are getting a special December Community DayNiantic has already confirmed that there will be a massive list of Pokemon to catch during the upcoming December Community Day. And trainers are also hoping that Niantic will throw in some special surprises at some point during the Pokemon Go weekend event. The current list includes all the Pokemon from previous Community Day events, meaning fans can fill in the holes in their collection. All of these Pokemon have their own exclusive moves which will be available to unlock again during the event. It would make sense that the ultimate Community Day celebrations would also offer the most Shinies during a 48-hour period as well.

Pokemon Go December 2018 Community Day COUNTDOWN: Dates, times for HUGE weekend event

The Pokemon Go December Community Day event is almost here, as fans count down to an entire weekend of action. Less of a Community Day and more a Community Weekend, the upcoming event has a November 30 start date and ends on Monday morning in the UK. The Community event has a 9pm GMT start time on November 30 and ends at 7am UK time on December 3. And in another departure from the norm, every past Community Day Pokemon will make an appearance. It's ideal if you missed any previous Community Day events, or didn't quite catch enough Pocket Monsters for the exclusive special move.
